Q: CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS?
A: Yes! Please contact us to schedule a tour.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED?
A: 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Q: WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: We are a pet-friendly community with breed restrictions. Maximum of 2 pets. Please note that we require a refundable pet deposit of $500.

Q: IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. Garage stalls are available for a monthly fee.

Q: IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?
A: No.

Q: IS THERE WI-FI?
A: Residents are responsible for in-home internet service.

Q: CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY?
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder. However, there are some exceptions to this, so please inquire.

Q: CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT ONLINE?
A: We encourage you to start your in person application to reserve your apartment. Please call for details or to set up an appointment.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: Generally, 12-month lease agreements are available.

Q: ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?
A: Generally, a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is allowed. See below details:

0 bedroom/studio/alcove - Limit 2 persons
1 bedroom - Limit 2 persons plus one up to age 24 months
2 bedroom - Limit 4 persons plus one up to age 24 months

Q: IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?
A: Yes, we are a smoke free community.

Q: WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
A: To reserve an apartment, an application fee of $50 per adult applicant, and $ equal to one month's rent holding fee/deposit will be required.

Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM INCOME ALLOWED TO QUALIFY?

Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
A: Residents are responsible for electricity, cable TV, phone, and internet. Water/sewer, heat, and trash are included. A $4.25 utility bill fee/ mo will automatically be applied to your account.

Q: MY INCOME VARIES - HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I MAKE?
A: Look at your last six pay stubs' gross earnings. Add all six up. Divide the total amount by six to figure out how much income you make per pay period. Multiply that number by the number of pay periods per year. If in doubt, give us a call and we'll help pre-qualify you!

Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
A: A $50 non-refundable fee is required to process your application. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent, and refundable if the application is denied.
